Childrens Play Areas

There are three small children’s play areas in the airport. Find them on the AENA map.

Church Services

There is a multi-denominational chapel in Terminal 3 on Floor 0 (ground floor).

Complaints

If you have any complaints we advise you to take them up as soon as you can and directly at the airport if this is possible.  You can either call the Airport Directly on (+34) 913 211 000 or put in a complaint via their Complaints Form. We advise keeping the wording as short and clear as possible.

Currency Exchange & Cash Machines

Currency Exchanges

There are four currency exchanges in Malaga Airport. They are all run by Global Exchange. Their contact number is (+34) 900 855 550 or you can use their contact form. They are located in:

  • Arrivals Hall (Floor 0): from 7:00 to 00:00
  • Arrivals (Floor 0): from 7:30 to 23:30
  • Gates D (Floor 1): from 6:30 to 22:30
  • Gates B-C (Floor 1): from 6:30 a 22:30

Cash Machines

There are seven cash machines (ATMs) run by Euronet distributed throughout the airport. They accept Mastercard, Cirrus, Maestro, EC, Union Pay, American Express, JCB, Visa, Visa Electron and Visa Plus. Fast Track Security Malaga

Internet & Wi-Fi

There is free WiFi at Malaga Airport, offering unlimited broadband connection for laptops, phones or PDAs. Get all the details on Malaga Airport Free Wifi here.

Lost Luggage

If you are unlucky enough to lose your baggage, then you need to contact the Lost Luggage Office of the handling company of your airline. If you visit our full list of Airline contact details, you can find all the telephone numbers for airlines and their Lost Luggage handling companies there.

Left Luggage Malaga

There is a Left Luggage service at Malaga Airport, where you can leave your suitcase for a few hours or days for a small fee. They also offer a printing service, if you need to print your boarding pass. Lost Property Malaga Airport

If you have lost anything at Malaga Airport the Lost Property Office is located in T3 Departures area, behind check-in desks 363-385. Luggage Wrapping Service

There are 3 points where you can get your luggage wrapped in cling film for extra security during your flight, all on Floor 1 in the Departures area. Get more information here on the AENA website or find them on the AENA map.

Malaga Airport Museum

The Airport Museum is well worth a visit if you have some time spare before your flight. As you drive towards the airport, the Museum is located just before the airport and it’s well signposted. Get more information about the Malaga Airport Museum here.

Medical Facilities at Malaga Airport

Malaga Airport has 12 Cardiac Rescue Points throughout the airport, a Medical Centre in Arrivals on in Terminal 3, Floor 1, a Special Needs Lounge (you must book it beforehand), a pharmacy in the Departures public zone on Floor 1 and several ParaFarmacia vending machines selling first aid and sanitary items. Nursing Room at Malaga Airport

There is a nursing room in Departures, Terminal 2, Floor 1 boarding gates area. Get more information here on the AENA website.

Passengers with Reduced Mobility

The Passenger Assistance service at Malaga Airport is run by a company called Sin Barreras. There are information desks and meeting points in Terminal 3 in all the different zones. Post Office Malaga Airport

There is no longer a Post Office at Malaga Airport although there is a post box on Floor 0 (ground floor) where you can pop a postcard you forgot to mail during your holiday. However, some people have mentioned that their post has taken a long time to arrive, and some say it never even arrived! If you can find a post office on the Coast, it’s better to post your letters or cards from there.

Police Malaga Airport

VIP Lounges Malaga Airport

Tax Refund

Non-community citizens can obtain reimbursement of taxes paid at the VAT refund tax office in Terminal 3, Floor 1, just to the right of the Security checkpoint, next to check-in desks 363-386. Find out more here on the AENA website.

TravelWifi

You can now rent or buy a pocket Wi-Fi device from a company called TravelWifi, located in the airport’s Arrivals area. This will help you to stay connected while in Spain, without the roaming charges.
